Our ultimate goal was setting the stage for an engaging experience at the end of the BET Awards Red Carpet that invited tier-one talent.  We aimed to deliver excitement and amusement, so we brought our own subway experience to the carpet. The vision was to bring together a diverse group of dancers, musicians, and characters, all converging on their journey to the prestigious show.

To bring this vision to life, we conceptualized a ride packed with dynamic performers and enthusiastic all en route to a live show. Collaborating with the talented teams at BHG Creative and JLC, we meticulously designed the subway car, ensuring an immersive experience both inside and out. Our attention to detail extended to crafting custom newspaper headline copies and creating exclusive BET Awards subway passes. By manipulating the lighting, we recreated the pulsating ambiance of a live party, complemented by the simulated movement effect behind the interior windows, adding an extra layer of excitement for our esteemed guests. 

The grand achievement of our endeavor was evident as the BETA Express train hosted an impressive lineup including Rick Ross, Mary J. Blige, Aliyah Janel, Queen Naija, Lucky Daye, Justine Skye, Kida The Great, Ceraadi, DDG, and many more at the 2019 BET Awards. Our meticulously crafted environment was a perfect vibrant endpoint to the star-studded red carpet affair.
